Ordination of three new Hipo-deacons

Last Saturday of Holy Resurrection of our Lord God and Saviour Jesus Christ (Easter), during the Paschal Liturgy, presided by the Metropolitan Primate of Portugal, occurred the Hipo-deacons ordination of Joao (John), Francisco (Francis) and Paulo (Paul).

The ordinations took place in the church of St. Sergius of Radonesz at the Monastery of the Nativity of the Mother of God, in the Municipality of Vila Franca de Xira.

We wish the new hipo-deacons may always, throughout their lives, strive for full fidelity and availability to all the pastoral challenges that the Church and in particular, the monastery and the parish of Saint Sergius of Radonesz may ask from them.

May Our Lord God and Saviour Jesus Christ bless them throughout all their days so that each time their love and dedication to the Church be fully synchronous and harmonious with God's personal plan for each one of them at the service in the Community in which have been called to work for.
